PGNT Proxy Please VOTE!

Calling all PGNT shareholders please vote!

In this proxy every vote really does count so please do vote, no matter how many shares you hold.

Sham owns about 29% of the outstanding.  Given the two larger shareholders with 11% and 17%, this could really go either way depending on what they do.

If you own shares please vote.  If you know other shareholders please encourage them to vote.

PGNT has been tragically undervalued for years and this is your chance to force the change you want to see.

NoName Annual Performance 2024-2025

This year I'm down 0.9%, dropping my CAGR to 29.8% since I first bought a stock 12 years ago.  I've been flat for 4 years now and lost to the market 5 years in a row which is too bad.  You can see the ups and down of penny stock land in my portfolio performance even: 3 years matching the market, 4 absolutely scorchers, 5 years of ho-hum.

Opportunity Among Disfunction at PGNT

PGNT sits at $5.70. Trading under half of book value, less than a tenth of revenue. Market cap of $9.9m with net income of $1.1m, $4.7m, $3.4m, $3.6m the past four years. $7.2m in cash + securities. Real estate worth more than the $3.3m it's carried for on the balance sheet.

You've got to be pretty hated to be that cheap.

Calling PGNT Shareholders

If you are a holder of Paragon Technologies (PGNT) stock please email me.

I am not happy with how much money and effort has been spent on OPTT.  Also not happy that Sham's dilution proposal to use this way-too-cheap stock as currency.  I will be voting no to everything on the proxy.

Idea Brunch Interview with Edwin Dorsey

I was recently interviewed by Edwin Dorsey on Sunday's Idea Brunch! We talked about my background and why I do things the way I do. I try to explain my reasoning with examples whenever I can.

I had a lot of fun on this one and Edwin asked great questions to bring out the conversation.

Enjoy!

NoName Annual Performance 2022-2023

This has been my worst year with a -16.7% return, but today marks the completion of my first decade and a 10 year CAGR of 36.2% is nothing to sneeze at. Cheers all!

Capital Employed Podcast

I was recently interviewed on the Capital Employed Podcast by Jon Kingston.  It was a lot of fun.  Jon keeps it quick.  We talked about my background and style then dug into two stocks: PGNT and GVP.

PGNT for You and Me

I did most of my PGNT buying a year ago and with the stock up over 200% I'm still adding.  This one may keep going so let's take a look.

It's been a while since we played our favorite game, Price That Stock!  Here we go.  No looking at the stock price before playing.  Humor me
